YouTube x Be Internet Citizens
Consultant & Lead Facilitator
In April 2017, Google launched Internet Citizens, a series of day-long workshops for 13-18 year olds in cities across the UK, as part of their global YouTube Creators for Change program. As lead facilitator, I was recruited to co-design, script and deliver workshops to help young people find a positive sense of belonging online. The programme has successfully completed its pilot phase and is now being expanded to reach 20,000 UK teens.

As the facilitator of the the annual retreat I worked closely with Editor-in-chief Mary Fitzgerald and the international team to create the road map for the year ahead.

Global Academy Launch
Launch strategist & Facilitator
When Global launched its academy to nurture the next generation of media, digital, creative and broadcast graduates, I was requested to deliver an induction week programme for all of their students. Throughout the week I worked with 180 young people in mixed groups (Year 10 & 12) to produce a creativity showcase featuring live performances, fashion, radio and visual content, all managed and presented by the young people.
